Meet Blaze Rexroat

A dedicated real estate professional with a background in hospitality, property management, and client relations, Blaze brings a service-first mindset to every transaction. Originally from Hawaii and now proudly serving the Santa Cruz Mountains—including Felton, Santa Cruz, Ben Lomond, and Boulder Creek—he offers clients a thoughtful, grounded approach rooted in experience and care.
Having moved from state to state in search of the right place to call home, Blaze understands firsthand how emotional, overwhelming, and deeply personal the home journey can be. That perspective fuels his commitment to listening deeply, asking the right questions, and helping clients find balance between what works and what feels right.
Whether working with retirees seeking a peaceful new chapter, first-time investors, or those simply ready for a change of pace, Blaze strives to make the real estate experience efficient, transparent, and as stress-free as possible. He focuses on building real relationships, ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and supported from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, Blaze spends as much time as he can outdoors—exploring the California coastline with his partner and their dogs, camping, or simply enjoying time in nature. He loves animals, farm life, movies, and anything that allows him to slow down and stay connected to the things that matter most.
