The idea was to buy a second home in Santa Cruz where our daughter could live as she completes her studies at UCSC. Chris Braun, found an off-market condo near downtown Santa Cruz. I already knew Jayson because our kids go to the same school, so I called him and he immediately went to work with his team, came to my home for a meeting and presentation of his past successes, along with a plan of what needed to be done to sell my home. I even had help from his trusted contractor, who is also amazing, because I had to have a fence installed for my dog before I could move in to my new home.
