Meet Magdiel Fajardo

Magdiel is a California native, born and raised in Santa Cruz. As a child, she was always busy with extracurricular activities such as dance, soccer, and singing in a band, always very creative and artsy. She graduated from Soquel High School at the age of 17 and went on to study a range of subjects at Cabrillo College. At 19, she started her own photography business and continued her education to become a certified medical assistant at the age of 23.

Magdiel's real estate journey began when she was rejected by several home lenders. She took matters into her own hands, did her research, and became a homeowner at the age of 25. This experience led her to want to help others achieve their dream of homeownership. After further education and training, she became a licensed Realtor in 2021.

With her administrative and graphic skills, Magdiel is committed to partnering with clients to help them buy or sell their homes. She is a dedicated professional who works alongside a team of experienced and knowledgeable Realtors. Magdiel is a proud mother of a girl and a German Shepherd, and is full of energy and enthusiasm for her work.
