Lifelong San Lorenzo Valley resident Scott Pavlina knows the Santa Cruz Mountains as well as he knows the real estate industry, having followed in his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father‚ footsteps to become a fourth-generation real estate professional. Though a legacy, Scott came into the real estate business with a different perspective than his family members. Scott holds a degree in Construction and Energy Management and owns a successful construction company, which allows him to understand properties on a deeper and more detailed level than others might.

 

Having overseen several flips and development builds, and having worked on mountain properties dealing with septic tanks and retaining wall issues, among others, Scott knows how to look at a property inside and out and uses that knowledge to help his clients make empowered decisions about their home purchases or real estate investments.
