Meet Stephanie Baker

With over 14 years of experience in all things real estate, Stephanie’s knowledge and empathy buoy her clients through the rocky waters of buying, selling, and leasing properties. To her, you’re not just a client. She nurtures genuine relationships and helps people move on to the next step of their lives with ease and confidence. Real estate wasn’t Stephanie’s first career, but she quickly found she loved the complexities of the industry. Every day presents new learning opportunities and exciting challenges. She found her ability to connect with people and her desire to keep learning made her a natural real estate professional.

 

Over the years, she has sold everything from small lots to multimillion-dollar beach homes. Stephanie is also a Certified Home Staging Professional (CHSP), giving her the added advantage of being able to advise sellers on how to best position their properties to attract the right buyers. In addition, Stephanie has over a decade’s worth of experience in property management and successfully helping homeowners manage their investment property portfolios to their full potential. As a Santa Cruz County native now living in Los Gatos, Stephanie is deeply familiar with all of the Bay Area’s communities and neighborhoods.

 

Stephanie’s twin boys are the light of her life. Outside of real estate, she loves spending time with them and her faithful Yorkie, enjoying the beautiful California scenery and landscapes through hiking, camping, fishing, and beach days.
