Jayson Madani is the founder of ROOM Real Estate, a company he established in 2009 after beginning his real estate career in 2004. Born in Santa Clara County and raised in Scotts Valley and Ben Lomond, Jayson developed his strong work ethic at an early age. At just 12 years old, he would ride his bike from his family home in Scotts Valley to his father's local market in Felton, opening the store before school each morning. That dedication, responsibility, and commitment to serving others continues to define his approach to business today. With more than two decades of real estate experience and involvement in nearly 2,000 successful real estate transactions, Jayson has built a reputation for exceptional service, expert negotiation, and hands-on involvement throughout every stage of the buying and selling process. His extensive experience spans first-time homebuyers, luxury properties, investment opportunities, and complex transactions throughout the Central Coast and Bay Area. Unlike many agents, Jayson personally attends inspections, appraisal appointments, contractor meetings, and final walkthroughs, ensuring every detail is addressed and his clients are supported from start to finish. His proactive approach and attention to detail help create a smooth and successful experience while minimizing surprises along the way. Known for finding creative solutions that help deals come together, Jayson has cultivated strong relationships with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, and fellow real estate professionals throughout the region. Whether negotiating seller credits to buy down interest rates, identifying financing strategies, navigating inspection concerns, or overcoming unexpected hurdles, he is skilled at finding win-win solutions that keep transactions moving forward. Jayson is also known for his keen eye for property improvements and value-add opportunities. He regularly advises sellers on strategic updates that can maximize return on investment before listing and helps buyers identify a home's untapped potential. His combination of market knowledge, construction insight, and negotiation expertise allows clients to make confident and informed decisions. A proud father of two, Jayson understands that buying or selling a home is often one of the most important decisions a family will make. Whether helping first-time buyers, growing families, luxury homeowners, or seasoned investors, he approaches every relationship with integrity, transparency, and a genuine commitment to his clients' success. Through ROOM Real Estate, Jayson continues to deliver a client-first experience built on trust, hard work, local expertise, and lasting relationships. His goal is simple: to make every real estate transaction as smooth, successful, and rewarding as possible while helping clients achieve their long-term goals.
