Top Real Estate Agent Highlight – Tim Huxley

This week’s top real estate agent highlight features Tim Huxley. Tim got started in real estate in 2006 working as a lender. This went well for him until the 2008 recession happened. Tim knew that he had to pivot to something else to provide for his family which led him to short sales and REO sales. This experience has given Tim a strong appreciation for a conventional market.

Some of Tim’s favorite types of properties are those that are on the beach or have an ocean view. 2080 Redwood Dr is a great example of this. Tim enjoys being on the Madani Team because of all of the support that he can receive. Having a team that handles listing preparation, a transaction coordinator that streamlines paperwork and a buyers agent assistant to coordinat showings and sends out PEADs, allows Tim to devote his time to his clients.

Tim keeps an active life outside of work that includes, hiking, snowboarding and mountain biking. He also spends a lot of time in the garden. He also volunteers his time at Camp Joy, a small organic farm based out of Boulder Creek.
